Things just got a little easier around here...

That's right ladies and gentlemen... it's OFFICAL... Nurse Herrick is on duty!!!

This has got to be one of the most exciting days of our married life.

Now some would say what's the big deal about a simple test, and yes, while the test may seem simple to others and it probably rightfully is, this is a tremendous accomplishment for Scott.

This is something he's been working towards for over 5 years and has struggled and sacrificed every step of the way, but he never gave, he continually persevered and for that we are so very proud of him... WE LOVE YA BABY!!!

Whenever I have a photo shoot planned at my house in my little “studio” I always beg and plead with the kiddos to sit for just a second so that I can get the lights and set up just right before the actual shoot. Well, in doing that, I always end up with the most random of photos... ENJOY! [taken December 2011]

Someone had a birthday...

Albeit almost 6 months ago, but better late than never. Samantha turned 9 years old in January and I cannot believe how big she is. Every once in a while I will catch a glimpse of her and just think to myself...WOW, you are all mine...I get to keep you forever!! I love that she is in our family and it would not be the same without her.
