First day of 2nd grade!

I'm interrupting my regularly scheduled vacay picture posts to give a huge shout out to our #1 girl...our big 2nd grader! She started school last week and is totally still on cloud 9!

We've sort of started a "thing" when she began kindergarten by taking a quick photo against our front door. It wasn't until I lined up each photo from all 3 school years can I REALLY see my growing, beautiful daughter.

The pic below of the 3 cutie-patooties makes me miss the Fab 4 even more!

Whenever I have a photo shoot planned at my house in my little “studio” I always beg and plead with the kiddos to sit for just a second so that I can get the lights and set up just right before the actual shoot. Well, in doing that, I always end up with the most random of photos... ENJOY! [taken December 2011]

Someone had a birthday...

Albeit almost 6 months ago, but better late than never. Samantha turned 9 years old in January and I cannot believe how big she is. Every once in a while I will catch a glimpse of her and just think to myself...WOW, you are all mine...I get to keep you forever!! I love that she is in our family and it would not be the same without her.
